BetaThe AI ad studio for performance teams and agencies
Test every angle. Ship only the winners.
PatchWork makes AI video ads at volume. Write one brief and get dozens of different ad concepts, four takes of each. Approve the winners and export finished ads, all in one app.
An AI ad studio. Generate image and video ads with Veo, Nano Banana, GPT Image and Kling, review every take, and edit the winners into finished ads.
Who it's for
Performance marketers, creative strategists and ad agencies who need fresh ads every week.
What it fixes
Winning ads burn out in a week, and new creative takes two. PatchWork gets you new concepts ready to test without waiting on a shoot or buying credits.
Creators are slow
A UGC video costs $200–300 and takes 7–10 days. PatchWork: test the angle first, then brief a creator on the winner.
Volume isn't variety
Meta counts near-identical ads as one. PatchWork: every row is a different persona, hook or setting.
Checking eats the savings
Rerolls and review take the time AI saved. PatchWork: four takes side by side, and nothing ships until you pick.
See it run
One brief to a finished ad.
Three concepts, four takes each, one approval step, one cut. 30 seconds.
How it works
Different concepts, not more of the same.
Brief
Write one prompt. {variables} mark what changes: persona, hook, angle, setting.
Concepts
Each row is a new concept. Reference images keep the product and faces the same in every row.
Takes
Every row comes back as four takes, generated in parallel and reviewed side by side.
Cut
Approved takes land on a timeline, ready to caption, trim and export.
Rule of thumbVariables should change the idea, not the background.
The approval gate
Generating got cheap. Deciding didn't.
PatchWork is built around the decision. Takes land side by side, and nothing moves downstream until someone on your team sends it.
See every take before it's used. Four per concept, compared in place.
Agents stop at the same gate. Claude can run the batch overnight; you keep the Send button.
The disclosure call happens here, for each ad and each market, before anything ships.
Economics
No credits. No markup.
The desktop app generates through the Google Flow, ChatGPT and Kling plans you already pay for. You pay those providers directly, at their prices, and their usage limits still apply.
6 angles × 3 personas = 18 concepts
× 4 takes each = 72 takes
on plans you already have
The creator route for the same 18 concepts: $3,600–5,400 and 7–10 days, before any reshoots.
Pricing
PatchWork Studio$150 / month
For teams: live collaboration on the canvas, cloud project sync, team seats in one workspace, and priority support. Invited beta users start on the free plan.
Generation is paid to the providers you connect, at their prices. No credit wallet, and nothing that expires at the end of the month.
The editor
From approved take to finished ad.
Approved takes drop onto a real timeline with paired video and audio. Captions transcribe themselves, silences come out in one pass, and a clip's other takes are a click away.

What it does
The demo is one workflow. Here's the rest.
Each one below is a short example of the feature at work.
AI creative team
Agents that make the ad with you, and stop at your gates.
A team of Claude agents takes a product and an audience through the whole job: research what customers actually say, write the scripts and hooks, write the prompts, build the workflow, run the batch, pick the best take of each shot, and assemble the edit. A person approves at every gate.

Claude in the app
An agent chat docked on every screen that sees what you're looking at. Right-click a node and send it to Claude.
Voice, sound and music
ElevenLabs voices, sound effects, music and speech-to-speech, on the same canvas as the video.
Rows from Sheets or CSV
Keep your hooks and personas in a Google Sheet or a CSV. Rows sync into the node and run.
Work on it together
Live cursors and comments pinned to the canvas. Share a project as viewer, commenter or editor.
Templates
Start from community, team or your own templates, so nobody rebuilds the same graph twice.
Open-weight video on your GPU
Run MiniMax H3 and LTX 2.5 on a RunPod GPU or your own ComfyUI, with the GPU cost shown before you run.
Several accounts, one queue
Connect more than one account and PatchWork spreads takes across them. The desktop app keeps going in the background.
Studio
Quick generations and scene building without wiring a graph.
For agencies
More creative per client, without the margin hit.
Keep the margin
Generation runs on the agency's own plans. Bill finished ads, not generations.
Clients review in the project
Share a project as viewer or commenter. Comments pin to the takes they're about.
One system for every client
Workspaces, a shared library and team templates, so nobody rebuilds the same graph.
Batches run overnight
Claude runs the batch in the background and stops at your gates.
Running an agency?
Tick “Agency” on the request form and we'll walk your team through a real client batch in 20 minutes.
AI is the cheap way to find the angle. Take the winners to a real creator, or run them as they are.
Use it for
Hook and angle tests before you pay for a shoot
Persona, setting and format variations of one idea
B-roll, product motion and statics
Keeping creative fresh between creator deliveries
Don't use it for
Testimonials that depend on someone having lived it
Product demos where every detail has to be exact
Fine print on packaging (check it at the gate)
Real people's likenesses. We don't support deepfakes.
Proof
One batch, opened up. Rejects included.
No logo wall. Every take in a batch, the ones thrown away and why, and what shipped. Example figures until our first published batch replaces them.

AI hooks vs the brand's best ad
Twelve approved hooks against the account's control, with equal budget per ad, including where AI lost. Illustrative figures until our first live test is published.
Sometimes, and when a claim depends on someone having lived it, a real person is still the better choice. PatchWork is for finding the angle cheaply: you see four takes of every concept, ship only the ones that hold up, and take the winners to a real creator if you want.
Can it keep my product and my people consistent?
Reference images are wired into every row, so each variation starts from the same product shots and faces. Check labels and small text closely; that's what the approval step is for.
Is using my own Flow, ChatGPT or Kling plan allowed?
The desktop app signs in as you and generates through your own plans, at their prices and within their usage limits. You're responsible for using those services under their terms.
Do I need to disclose AI in my ads?
Often, yes. Meta labels ads made with third-party generative AI, and New York has required disclosure of AI-generated performers in ads since June 2026. PatchWork doesn't label ads for you. A person approves every take before it's used, and that's where your team makes the call for each ad and market.
Who owns what I make?
PatchWork claims no rights over your outputs. What you can do with them also depends on each model provider's terms.
What leaves my machine?
Your logins and API keys don't. Generated media uploads to PatchWork storage because the models fetch reference images by URL; those links are unguessable but public, so keep confidential material out of the beta. Projects sync to your account while you're signed in.
What happens when a model changes or shuts down?
Switch the model on a node without rewiring anything. Projects are portable .nbflow files, prompts import and export as CSV, and cuts export as MP4.
Isn't a node canvas hard to learn?
Start from a template, change the rows, and run. The canvas is there when you want more control. Templates available on day one: UGC testimonial, product spin, hook test.
What does it cost?
Invited beta users start on the free plan. PatchWork Studio is $150 a month for teams: live collaboration, cloud project sync, team seats and priority support. Generation is paid to the providers you connect, at their prices.
